Update on Jamaica’s Development Results - Summary Report on Performance 2009/10 –2018/19
Vision 2030 Jamaica – National Development Plan is Jamaica’s first long term national development plan, which covers the 21-year period 2009 – 2030. The Plan presents a strategic roadmap for Jamaica to achieve developed country status by 2030; and is now in its 10th year of implementation (FY2009/10—FY2018/19). This development will be sustainable and inclusive, engaging all Jamaicans in the plan design and implementation processes and providing equitable opportunities to all Jamaicans to benefit from development.

Medium Term Socio-Economic Policy Framework 2012-2015
The Vision 2030 Jamaica 2-Year Progress Report highlights the main findings of the progress of implementation of the Medium Term Socio-Economic Policy Framework (MTF) 2012-2015 over the period FY2012/2013 - FY 2013/2014. The period covered by the 2-Year Progress Report for MTF 2012-2015 also represents the fourth and fifth years of implementation of Vision 2030 Jamaica – National Development Plan which was tabled in Parliament in May 2009. The 2-Year Progress Report for MTF 2012-2015 also follows the comprehensive 3-Year Progress Report on the first three years of implementation of Vision 2030 Jamaica from FY2009/2010 - FY 2011/2012.

Jamaica voluntary national review on the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development
Jamaica’s first Voluntary National Review (VNR) Report is being done at an appropriate stage in our national development planning and review process, as the country is engaged in the formulation of the 4th successive Medium Term Socio-Economic Policy Framework (MTF) for the period 2018–2021. e main messages highlighted in the VNR Report include: (1) strong national ownership and commitment to the SDGs; (2) systematic and integrated framework for monitoring the implementation of national development priorities; (3) key development achievements since 2015, and priorities for 2018–2021; (4) inclusiveness and participation of stakeholders; (5) challenges; and (6) next steps

This thematic report assesses local level alignment with the SDGs and identifies recommendations for strengthening localization. The report sought to examine the extent of awareness of the SDGs amongst local authorities, identifies the key stakeholders in localization and the mechanisms that exist for coordination that translates national strategies at the local level and whether there is an enabling environment for local authorities to be involved in SDG planning and implementation. It further discusses the strategies to promote greater local ownership, innovation and support for SDGs localization

This special report surveys the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Education, the Labour Market, Tourism and Social Protection. It also outlines the responses of the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) and its stakeholders to the pandemic. Additionally, it identifies the imperatives for recovery, in the context of advancing the full implementation of the sustainable development goals. The report was compiled with data from a comprehensive desk review that included several recently completed reports and interviews with key stakeholders and sector specialists.
